A 2 months meal plan based on dietary requirements:

  • With over 100 recipes including pictures. Includes both puree and finger finger food recipes. ( Western and Indian recipes)
    • Two meals plan (1 month) which includes grains, allergens and more textured foods
    • Then you move to the three meal plan (1 month) where you can then move on to pancakes , dosas,Tikkis, beans, rotis so that you can then offer foods from the family pot.
    • You will then receive a one week balanced meal plan that has all the recipes in one place which you can rotate till your baby is 1.
