A 2 months meal plan based:

With over 100 recipes including pictures. Includes both puree and finger finger food recipes. ( Western and Indian recipes)

  • Two meals a day plan (1 month) which includes grains, allergens and more textured foods
  • Then you move to the three meals a day plan (1 month) where you can then move on to pancakes, dosas, tikkis, beans, rotis so that you can then offer foods from the family pot.
  • Meal plan sent based on dietary requirements  (veg, veg with egg or non veg- can specify which meats you are okay with )
