  • Creating a peaceful mealtime environment, understanding signs of fullness and hunger, and top tips to a successful meal
  • How to keep your baby safe during eating (gagging, choking, vomiting)
  • How much they need to eat (portion sizes), when is the best time to feed them and how many meals a day/how much milk do they need
  • Beverages and cups for babies
  • Important nutrients required. Along with supplementation, if needed
  • Meal plan analysis and guide on how to make meals more nutrient dense (introduce protein, seasonings, oils, seeds)
  • Discuss how to introduce finger foods, if not yet, and how to increase texture of purees.

The second consultation will be a 1 hour call- we will discuss: 

  • How everything is going and what changes can be made
  • How to introduce high allergen foods (allergenic booklet- nuts, tree nuts, fish, sesame seeds, wheat, cow's milk, shellfish, soy, eggs, gluten/wheat)
  • Work on texture and self feeding
  • How to create balanced meals

The package includes a 2 months Personalised meal plan based on dietary requirements:

With over 100 recipes including pictures. Includes both puree and finger finger food recipes

  • the two meals a day plan (1 month) which includes grains, allergens and more textured foods
  • Then you move to the three meal plan (1 month) where you can then move on to pancakes, dosas,tikkis, beans, rotis so that you can then offer foods from the family pot. 
  • You will then receive a one week balanced meal plan that has all the recipes in one place which you can rotate till your baby is 1.
