Question 1

I already have your previous recipe guides/meal plans. Are these recipes new?

Accepted Answer

Yes! This guide features a completely brand-new collection of recipes specifically crafted and tested for lunchboxes.

Question 2

What age group is this lunchbox guide suitable for?

Accepted Answer

The guide is designed for children aged 1 to 8 years (toddlers, preschoolers, and early school-going kids). Even adults can enjoy these meals!

Question 3

Does the guide include non-vegetarian options?

Accepted Answer

Yes! While the baseline recipes focus on vegetarian whole foods, every single recipe includes clear Non-Vegetarian Swaps (incorporating eggs, chicken, turkey, or fish) so you can easily adapt meals for your family.

Question 4

My child is a picky eater and only eats 2 things. Will he/she still eat it?

Accepted Answer

Maybe not every recipe. And that's okay. The goal isn't to create a lunchbox your child loves 100% of the time. The goal is to give you enough variety and flexibility to keep offering, keep exploring and keep moving forward without making every lunchbox a battle. The guide includes practical, pressure-free exposure strategies, hidden-veggie ideas, sensory tips, and the interactive Around-The-World Food Passport to gently build your child's confidence with new textures and flavours without causing mealtime battles.

Question 5

What format is the guide delivered in?

Accepted Answer

It is a digital PDF guide that you can download immediately onto your phone, tablet, or computer, or print out to keep handy in your kitchen. It will be sent to your email as soon as you purchase. Do check spam if not received or email us at sanchitadaswani@gmail.com.
