  • How to start Baby Led Weaning, including promoting self-feeding

  • How to keep your baby safe during eating (gagging, choking, vomiting)

  • How much they need to eat (portion sizes), when is the best time to feed them and how many meals a day. Includes baby feeding schedule.

  • Foods/ beverages your baby should limit/delay

  • Beverages and cups for babies. How much water and milk do they need?

  • Important nutrients required. Along with supplementation, if needed
