That more than 50% of kids are picky eaters?

When it comes to mealtimes . . .

We want it to be a place to create memories, spend time together, share moments and fuel our bodies.

But if we look at mealtimes with our kids today it is filled with . .

Tantrums, forcing, stress, begging, TV, distractions, crying and is no where close to being pleasant.

How did we get here?

We all want the best for our kids and we all started the same way by offering our kids food around 6 months- but how did more than 50% of parents fail to create that right experience.

Here’s the thing, it is not our fault, we got here because we have been:

✓ presented with too much conflicting information that confuses us about starting solids

✓ misinformed about what nutrition our kids need with outdated advice

✓ pressured to feed our kids a certain amount and will go to any lengths to do that

✓ tricked by many big baby food companies to buy their products that are not what babies actually need

✓ stuck with our own relationship with food

But it doesn’t have to be this way!

What if you could . . .

Offer nutritious meals and raise a child who loves self-feeding and enjoys a variety of foods and flavors?

Meet Your Instructor

Sanchita Daswani

Hi, I’m Sanchita.

I am a Nutrition Consultant for Babies and Toddlers where I focus on guiding and empowering parents to confidently offer meals to their kids.

When my twins turned 6 months and I was going to start solids, I was super excited.

·      I read all the books

·      I followed all the accounts on social media

·      I spoke to my friends

·      I consulted my pediatrician

·      I took advice from everyone

But still.. I was super confused and overwhelmed, I would stay up till 4 am reading all this information and feeling even more nervous and agitated. I just had no idea what way to follow.

Baby led weaning, spoon feeding, responsive feeding, finger foods, purees-it was too much.

So I ended up just sticking to one book and following it.

I did all the wrong things:

  • I fed them rice cereal and packaged puffs- which led my son to end up having major gut issues

  • I fed them on a recline which was actually a choking hazard and not safe

  • I did not let them see food or touch it for a long time- which made them not like vegetables

  • I continued with formula for too long that led them to reject foods

It was only when my kids at 1.5 years just stopped eating everything that I had to look back and try and figure what happened.

I felt I had just blindly followed advice and I didn’t really understand why I was doing what I was doing.

I then started to study about child nutrition and understand what babies actually need and I was blown away.

I decided to get Certified and now as a consultant, I make sure that parents don’t make the same mistakes I did and that so many parents have to ensure that they set the right foundation for their child’s health and eating habits.

This is for you if you’re looking to:

Gain confidence in the ability to provide nourishing meals for your children, knowing they are backed by reliable information and expert guidance.

Enjoy mealtimes by implementing the strategies and meal plans so that both the parent and child can savor nutritious foods, fostering a positive relationship with food.

Allow your child to enjoy variety for foods and have the ability to build the skills of eating
