3 months meal plan for easy meal prep based on your child’s dietary requirements

- with over 150 recipes including pictures and sample meal timing schedules. Includes both puree and finger finger food recipes. Includes all foods your child should be introduced to.

- The first 30 days with 1 meal a day. Helps you to introduce all the fruits veggies ,oils ,seeds, seasonings and iron rich foods.

- Then you move on to the two meals plan (1 months) which you then start to introduce grains, allergens and more textured foods

- The you move to the three meal plan (1 month) where you can then move on to pancakes , dosas,Tikkis, beans, rotis so that you can then offer foods from the family pot

Once you are done with all the recipes you can then pick and choose and create your own meal plan to rotate for your baby till they are 1.
